SEAN ROSS is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (since 1996) and a United States Weightlifting Federation Level 1 Coach (as taught by the U.S. Olympic Weightlifting Coaches). He is also a licensed Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience.
SUMMER 2017 ATHLETE SESSIONS Start Tuesday May 30, 2017 MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, and THURSDAYS
4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
There is also a MORNING ATHLETE SESSION 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, and FRIDAYS.
Cost for the 10-week program is $498.
ADULT SESSIONS Every TUESDAY and THURSDAY NIGHTS
$20 for each session attended NO joining fees, NO contracts, NO monthly fees Simply bring $20 with you to train A less aggressive version of the regular athletes groups with more emphasis on fat loss, flexibility/mobility, and strength training exercise techniques that will minimize injury. A great "FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH" program for general health and fitness.
STANDARDS OF DEDICATION AND COMMITMENT RSS only accepts those that meet certain standards of dedication and commitment to the program. The standards do not involve ability, but rather dedication to attendance, effort, and nutrition.
