SUMMER 2019 ATHLETE SESSIONS
Start May 28, 2019.
MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, and THURSDAYS
4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
$125 per month or $20 per session.

ADULT SESSIONS
Every TUESDAY and THURSDAY NIGHT
from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
$125 per month or $20 per session.

A less aggressive version of the regular athletes
groups with more emphasis on fat loss, flexibility/mobility, and strength training exercise techniques that
will minimize injury.
A great "FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH" program for general health and fitness.

STANDARDS OF DEDICATION AND COMMITMENT
RSS only accepts those that meet certain standards of dedication and commitment to the program. The standards do not involve ability, but rather dedication to attendance, effort, and nutrition.
