SEAN ROSS is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (since 1996) and a United States Weightlifting Federation Level 1 Coach (as taught by the U.S. Olympic Weightlifting Coaches). He is also a licensed Occupational Therapist with over 25 years of experience. Sean is currently the Strength Coach for both the National Champion (2016, 2017, and 2018) Little Rock Catholic Fitness Team and the Little Rock Central High School Wrestling Team.

BILLY HOLLAND is the Head Trainer of RSS West. He is a certified functional strength coach (CFSC), NSCA CPT, and a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach.
ROSS STRENGTH & SPEED-WEST, our new West Little Rock Location, is now open for training on 4701 Sam Pack Rd (across from the LR Athletic Club).
